Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective July 1, 2021, Jean-Phillipe Courtois will begin a new role within Microsoft as Executive Vice President and President, National Transformation Partnerships. As of June 30, 2021, he will no longer be an executive officer.
